This section is dedicated to our extra virgin olive oils, our flagship product.

However, we cannot fail to tell you that only a few years ago our territory was the scene of an unparalleled ecological disaster: an extremely aggressive bacterial complex  attacked the olive trees of Salento compromising their vitality. The landscape has drastically changed and many centuries-old plants of our company no longer exist.

The depletion of centuries-old trees and the substantial and irreversible loss of the genotype of our traditional cultivars have been an epochal damage for our territory but another serious consequence has been the drastic reduction of olives for the production of extra virgin oil, and this _cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ has placed us in serious difficulty for our work.  

Fortunately, we were able to counter this crisis by putting in place all the agronomic resources necessary in total respect for the environment, including the selection of suckers that have been reborn from the ancient root system, which are again bearing fruit and which guarantee that they can still produce. olives from native and secular cultivars; but we have also succeeded  thanks to the collaboration with some small organic companies that have at the same time provided us, with a great sense of responsibility and generosity, the olives necessary to integrate our productions and guarantee the supply _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_of excellent organic oil from our small oil mill.

And it is thanks to these difficulties, the efforts and the work of recent years  that we can proudly affirm that our productions were, are and will remain small organic and artisanal productions, increasingly appreciated by our customers and friends from all  parts of the world, we look forward for a long time.
